Joint time-frequency analysis (JTFA) workflow for detecting transient, temperature-dependent noise emissions ('cold squealing') from porous journal bearings operated between -40°C and 0°C. Real-world bearings impregnated with various oils were systematically tested on a custom rig with a coolable sample holder and a vibration sensor over a range of rotational speeds; temperature-differential JTFA maps detect cold squealing and rank lubricants by low-temperature quiet-running properties.(OSF 项目自述,2026-07-15 取)
