"HB - bearing fault dataset is collected and produced for motor bearing fault detection in real - world scenarios.This dataset was collected under conditions where multiple motors were operating simultaneously at varying horizontal distances. Background noise includes a small amount of human voices and various mechanical sounds, simulating an actual port transportation environment. The vertical distance between the acquisition equipment and the faulty motor is consistently 0.5 m, while the horizontal distance alternates between 0.5 and 3 m. The motor's rotational speed is fixed at 1200 RPM.The setup of the acquisition equipment is shown in Figure, where the audio acquisition equipment is shown at 1, and the model of the equipment used is Fluorite CS-C6Wi-3E4WFR, under the conveyor belt at 2 is the location of the motor placement, and the model used is Jinbiao YL601-4, and the special conveyor belt device for the transportation of coal in the port is shown at 3, which is used as the load of this experiment.Data acquisition was carried out for each fault type, resulting in a total of 13500 audio files. Each audio file has a uniform duration of 4 seconds and a sampling frequency of 16 kHz, include Normal, Inner, Outer, Ball, Cage."
