"This dataset was developed for research on incipient soft fault diagnosis in analog circuits and contains synchronized multi-node time-series responses collected from three representative benchmark circuits: a Sallen-Key band-pass filter, a four-op-amp biquadratic high-pass filter, and a leapfrog filter. The dataset covers both healthy and faulty operating conditions. Fault cases are generated by introducing small parameter drifts in fault-sensitive resistors and capacitors to simulate early-stage soft faults. Component tolerance variations are also considered during data generation in order to better reflect realistic circuit uncertainty. This dataset can be used for studies on weak fault feature extraction, multi-point signal modeling, topology-aware diagnosis, and intelligent condition monitoring of analog circuits."
