Experimental Vibration Data for Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) of a rotor with Mechanical Looseness 核心 · 已核验

Vibration data of a scaled railway axle mounted on a laboratory test rig (Rotokit of SpectraQuest) specifically designed to reproduce controlled rotating operating conditions under both healthy and faulty scenarios. Mechanical looseness was intentionally introduced in the assembly between the shaft and bearing supports as well as in the motor coupling interface. The data is in raw format and can be used with any software. This data is organised into two main folders: one for a properly mounted shaft (‘EJE SANO’) and another for one with mechanical looseness (‘HOLGURA’). Within each folder are subfolders where the data is organised according to the test rotation speed (20, 40 or 60 Hz).
