Raw 5 kHz signals from a Squirrel-Cage Induction Generator operated as a wind-turbine generator emulator, with controlled stator inter-turn short-circuit faults at two impedances and three severity levels, across seven drive frequencies and seven load fractions, on three sensor modalities (3-phase line current, 3-axis vibration, in-rotor axial flux). Approximately 4,000 ten-second windows. Includes train/val/test splits, an aligned-triplet join table, supervised baselines, a datasheet, and Croissant metadata.
