This dataset contains the simulation data supporting the experimental results of the paper entitled "TADF-Net: A Temporal-Spatial Adaptive Dual-Branch Fusion Network for Analog Circuit Fault Diagnosis". The dataset consists of 13 CSV files (F0 to F12), corresponding to one normal state (NF) and 12 soft fault modes (C1↓, C1↑, C2↓, C2↑, R1↓, R1↑, R2↓, R2↑, R3↓, R3↑, R4↓, R4↑). Each file contains 300 samples, and each sample is a voltage temporal signal with 1240 sampling points. The data were collected using PSpice simulation software on a four-op-amp biquad high-pass filter circuit with a single pulse excitation signal of 5 V amplitude and 10 μs period. This dataset can be used for training and evaluating analog circuit soft fault diagnosis algorithms.
