"This dataset contains time-series telemetry collected from a 3.7 kW (5 HP) three-phase induction motor-driven centrifugal water pump deployed in the IIIT Hyderabad campus water distribution system. The data were acquired as part of an operational Digital Twin framework designed for monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance in resource-constrained environments. Sensor measurements include motor temperature, ambient temperature, three-axis vibration (accelerometer), and electrical current, recorded at regular sampling intervals using an ESP32-based IoT sensing device. The dataset spans several months of real-world operation and captures normal operating conditions, start\u2013stop cycles, and transient behaviours of the pump system. These measurements enable research in industrial IoT, digital twins, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and machine learning for rotating machinery. The dataset can support benchmarking of fault detection algorithms, time-series modelling, and digital twin validation for small-scale water pumping systems."
