This dataset presents physical-layer raw voltage measurements of a Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB) under eight typical fault states. Faults were injected using fault boards and auxiliary resistors on a custom-built test platform, and raw signals were captured by an acquisition board. All waveforms were sampled at 125 MHz, producing a total of 100 CSV files with approximately five million data rows per file, with repeated independent tests for each fault type. A unified configuration of function code 0 ensured consistent frame lengths for both master and slave frames during data collection. This raw measured dataset supports signal integrity evaluation and physical-layer fault feature analysis for rail transit communication networks.
