"This dataset is constructed based on polarization test results of a proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell under multiple temperature conditions to support studies on operational mechanism analysis and early fault diagnosis. The polarization tests are processed at stack temperatures of [60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85] \u2103, where key electrochemical signals, including cathode pressure difference, cathode outlet pressure, stack voltage, high-frequency resistance (HFR), and cell voltage monitoring (CVM) data, are systematically collected during the tests. Based on the acquired raw measurements. The dataset is suitable for fuel cell mechanism-consistent analysis, early fault detection, and validation of data-driven diagnostic algorithms, which provides a reliable experimental basis for investigating fault evolution mechanisms of PEM fuel cells under varying temperature conditions."
