"Experimental platform for milling-machine vibration acquisition.Experimental validation was conducted on a CNC milling machine (model: XK713CG-11) equipped with a triaxial piezoelectric accelerometer (model: DONGHUA  1A314E). Data were collected using a dynamic signal acquisition system (model: DH5922D) configured with a sampling rate of 50 kHz to ensure accurate capture of the transient dynamic characteristics inherent in the milling process, such as intermittent cutting, varying chip loads, and complex tool\u2013workpiece interactions. The experiments covered multiple fault conditions, including no-load operation, eccentricity, normal operation, shaft-center asymmetry (0.15-si copper shim at the bearing base), and bearing-seat looseness, in order to comprehensively characterize vibration patterns under different abnormal states."
