"This dataset contains run-to-failure time series measurements from four lab-scale Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) subjected to accelerated nickel redox cycling under distinct hydrogen flow interruption protocols. Each cell was tested using a unique cycling pattern to capture a broad range of degradation dynamics. Cell01 and Cell02 followed pseudo-random binary signal (PRBS)-like hydrogen cutoffs within 100-minute and 60-minute cycles, respectively, for training purposes. Cell03 underwent daily cycles simulating mild aging conditions with repeated dual cutoffs, while Cell04 was tested under systematically intensified redox stress by increasing fuel cutoff durations every 10 cycles. All tests were conducted at a constant voltage of 0.7 V and temperature of 750\u202f\u00b0C. Each dataset captures the dynamic response of the fuel cell's current density, measured as the primary output variable, to hydrogen flow rate variations. This dataset is intended to support data-driven research in degradation modeling and fault diagnostics using machine learning methods."
