引文: 「To simulate the double-impulse excitation response characteristics in bearing fault vibration signals, defect prefabrication was performed on the outer raceway of a double-row tapered roller bearing. The prefabricated defects on the bearing outer ring are through-going defects, with defect lengths of 4 mm and 8 mm, respectively. The test bench is composed of a base, a main shaft, main shaft supports, a driving motor, a loading device and other components, wherein the bearing loading is realized by rotating the loading bolt. The faulty bearing is installed inside the bearing housing and assembled onto the main shaft connected to the electric motor. The acceleration sensor is connected to the bearing housing via threads. An IMC® signal acquisition system and a computer are utilized to collect bearing vibration signals under different rotating speeds, and the signal sampling frequency is set to 20 kHz.
