"In the context of Industry 4.0 and automotive applications, the use of Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) is rapidly increasing for the diagnostics of energy storage devices, due to its capability to capture the internal electrochemical dynamics of the cell and support State of Health (SOH) assessment. Despite its widespread adoption in both academia and industry, the availability of open-access, high-quality, and well-documented EIS datasets remains limited, especially for low-impedance energy storage technologies and under varying excitation conditions. Furthermore, datasets including both Galvanostatic and Potentiostatic measurements are still seldom available, limiting comprehensive comparative analyses and the development of advanced data-driven methods. To fill this gap, this dataset is introduced performing EIS measurements on a low-impedance, battery-like Hybrid Supercapacitor. Measurements have been acquired under both Galvanostatic and Potentiostatic excitation modes. The dataset spans multiple excitation amplitudes and operating conditions, including different State of Charge (SOC) levels, enabling the investigation of nonlinear effects, signal quality, and measurement consistency across different testing configurations. "
