The dataset supplies *.csv* structure and includes single faults, including healthy motors; bearing faults (including inner race, outer race, and rolling elements); rotor bending; rotor bar breakage; rotor misalignment; rotor unbalance; stator winding short-circuit; and voltage imbalance; as well as composite faults, including the aforementioned bearing faults combined with rotor bar breakage, rotor misalignment, rotor unbalance, and stator winding short-circuit. The development of this dataset facilitates testing the effectiveness and reliability of newly developed fault diagnosis methods. All of the sample rate are 12.8kHz. One three-axis acceleration sensors was used to collect the three-axis vibration acceleration signals of the motor drive end. Three current clumps were used to collect the three-phase current signal. The photoelectric sensor was used to collect the key phase signal (speed data) of the motor output shaft.
