This labeled dataset is provided in CSV format and contains vibration analysis metrics(v-RMS, a-RMS, a-Peak, Temperature, Crest Factor) of a 6204 2RS ball bearing, obtained using an IFM VVB001 vibration sensor. Measurements were recorded everytwo minutes by the sensor device. The experimental setup consisted of a 0.75 kW, 1450 rpm Bonfiglioli BN80B4 FDmotor with an i=80 reduction gear, a coupler, and an axle on which the ball bearingwas mounted. Experiments were conducted under three operational states of thebearing, defined by different levels of applied grease. The V_RMS is expressed in m/sec and is the average result of the bearing speed for eachmeasurement, as described in the calculation above. It is a representative measure of themost common types of motor overload, as long-term increased loads can cause significantdamage to components and, to a greater extent, destroy them. The a_RMS is expressed in and is the average result of the acceleration of the bearing foreach measurement, as described in the calculation above. It is a representative measure ofcomponent wear, especially when they come into mechanical contact with each other, butalso of the lubrication condition, where there may be harmful traces of foreign substances orwater in the grease. The a-Peak is expressed in and is the maximum acceleration value of the bearing recordedby the sensor during the time interval of each measurement. It is representative of the forcesexerted on the components, and describes any sudden vibrations that may occur in the eventof a collision. The Crest Factor in this dataset describes the ratio of the peak acceleration value (a-Peak) tothe root mean square acceleration value (a-RMS). It is not expressed in any particular unit ofmeasurement. It is a representative indicator of the overall health condition of componentsand serves as a characteristic value in vibration signal analysis. Higher Crest Factor valuesindicate larger extreme acceleration values relative to the cal
