The document provides the supplementary information to the manuscript titled "Linking Calendar and Cycle Ageing in Lithium-Ion Batteries through Consistent Parameterisation of An Electrochemical–Thermal–Degradation Model". The dataset zip folder contains the output data from the simulations of calendar ageing, cyclic ageing and standard cycling ageing protocals using a P2D electrochemical-thermal-degradation model for a high energy dense N(MC/Gr-Si) 5 Ah lithium-ion cell. The dataset has state-of-health (SoH) vs. cycle number  (along with SEI loss -Qsei[A.h], Plating loss - Qpl [A.h], LAM in negative electrode (%), LAM in positive electrode (%) and LLI (%) ) for the 81 cycling cases, 9 calendar ageing cases and 3 standard cycling cases, considered in this study.
